Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be.

There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Yesterday, at around 8:00 PM, I returned home from my vacation, which is the reason why I didn't have any articles this past week. Last Saturday (July 1), my family left for Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario at noon (Click on the map for a larger view). We did a lot of fishing and swimming at the beaches as well as a lot of site-seeing. The area was very clean and beautiful. Luckily, we had sunny weather all week and today it was raining hard in Sault Ste Marie, fortunately we left in time! I was watching the news one night at the cottage we were accommodating at and two guys said they saw a UFO in the sky. And I must say, that's probably the best and easiest way to get yourself on television. I don't care for such rumours. I only believe things if I see it with my naked eye. Regardless, the place was really nice. You can browse through my Sault Ste. Marie photos here.

As for the title, I saw this quote on a guy's t-shirt when I was at Pizza Hut. I broke laughing when I saw it. The "geekiest" shirt available! Yet, since I understand the joke, I suppose it makes me a geek. But I'm not :). Not that it's a bad thing. Well I'll attempt to explain this in my own words... 127.0.0.1 is your local IP Address for your house's internet. I only know this because I read it somewhere in a manual for setting up a router. But I'm sure you can find something on Google that could explain better than me.

Back to my holidays once again...
